Green Seeds is measuring energy behaviour across Nexus Offices — tracking consumption at zone level, surfacing after-hours waste, and connecting office staff via WhatsApp to complete energy-saving quests. Each zone has a live sub-meter feed. Staff can message the bot to report issues, complete quests, or ask how their zone is tracking.
