Buildings don't consume energy. People do.
Green Seeds turns every shop manager and staff member into a sensor and an actor on their store's consumption — through WhatsApp, not another app to install. Phase A is the analytics layer underneath: one view for mall management, one for each tenant.
The same data, viewed by the people who can act on it.
WhatsApp · Tenant channel
Where shop managers and staff actually live. Morning nudges, quest replies, one-tap fault reports, weekly recaps. Zero install. Afrikaans and English.
Store Manager view
A simple weekly check-in surface. Their store kWh vs their own baseline, vs category peers, open issues, leaderboard standing, reward pool.
Attacq · Mall Ops view
Mall Health Score, after-hours waste anomaly feed, tenant leaderboard, crowd-sourced reports map, Upgrade Engine recommendations, pilot ROI.
Eikestad Mall, Stellenbosch.
28 tenants across 22,500 m². Each store has its own meter and its own electricity bill — which means when behaviour changes, the saving is attributable to a specific tenant, not a shared floor.
That solves the hardest problem in this category: proving that behaviour, not weather or occupancy, caused the kWh to drop.
