Buildings don't consume energy. People do.
Green Seeds turns every manager and staff member into a sensor and an actor on their building's consumption — through WhatsApp, not another app to install. Phase A covers two pilot buildings managed by Attacq: a retail mall in Stellenbosch and a commercial office building in Midrand.
Two building types. One platform.
Eikestad Mall
118 retail tenants across 38,500 m². Each store has its own electricity sub-meter so savings are attributable directly to a tenant, not lost in shared-services noise. Quests focus on closing routines, phantom load, and cold-chain waste.
Nexus Offices
3 metered zones across a single commercial office building. After-hours HVAC, phantom load, and plant room waste are the primary targets — office buildings typically lose 30–40% of their energy outside occupied hours. All meter data is live via Wabbit IoT.
Garden Route Mall
13 minisub metered zones across Garden Route Mall. All meter data is live via Wabbit IoT. Consumption is tracked at section level — MS1 through MS13 — with PV solar generation also available for phase comparison.
The same data, viewed by the people who can act on it.
WhatsApp · Staff channel
Where managers and staff actually live. Morning nudges, quest replies, one-tap fault reports, weekly recaps. Zero install. Works for both retail and office staff.
Store / Zone Manager view
A simple check-in surface showing kWh vs own baseline, vs peers, open issues, leaderboard standing, and reward pool. One view for retail stores, one for office zones.
Ops Management view
Building Health Score, after-hours anomaly feed, tenant and zone leaderboard, crowd-sourced fault reports, and pilot ROI. Separate dashboards for Mall Ops and Office Ops.
