Two-way channel for store staff to report faults, log quest progress, and check standings. Use this admin page to send a test message and watch the conversation log in real time.

Sandbox setup checklist

  1. In the Twilio console, open Messaging · Try it out · Send a WhatsApp message.
  2. From your own WhatsApp, send the displayed join <your-code> to the sandbox number — this enrols your phone.
  3. Under Sandbox settings, set When a message comes in to POST https://<your-deployment>/api/whatsapp/webhook.
  4. Send a test below, or text the sandbox number with HELP.
